So I decided to start by posting these wonderful and really pretty cupcakes. They are plain almond flavoured cupcakes, coated with apricot jam, and then topped with gorgeous and very easy-to-make marzipan flowers. The flowers take a while to make as you have to cut out 60 small circles, but the final result is well worth the effort.
